At an altitude of 1250m (about 3800ft), the chalet "l'Oréade" is located at 5 min from the "croix fry" pass: starting place to the ski area of Manigod and La Clusaz where you'll find ski and gears rental, ski school (ESF), cross country skiing area departure,snowshoeing trail, restaurants, bars,...You'll also enjoy the largest night ski resort of Savoie MontBlanc, open until 9pm (7/7d on french school vacation time and only the week end at other periods.
the shuttle to the pass stops right in front of the chalet and is free for the resident with the card you'll receive on your arrival.
the chalet enjoys a full south exposure and great view on the mountains.
