Splendid 4* new chalet 5 min drive ou 15min walking from the village centre and the ski slopes of Morzine and Avoriaz. Ski bus stop for free shuttles at about 50 meters from the chalet, every 15 minutes.
Independent chalet on 3 levels of a total surface of approximately 160m².
It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a big sunny terrace with a view on the mountains, and a beautiful cinema !
It comprises of:
Ground floor:
- entrance with ski racks, boots dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer
- spacious living room with wood stove (wood provided), lounge area with TV, background music with BOSE speaker, dining area and fully opened kitchen, access to the terrace
- separate WC with washbasin
- bedroom 1: 2 beds 80cm closable to make a bed of 160 cm, cupboard, walk-in shower en-suite
1st floor:
- bedroom 2: 2x2 bunk beds (200cm)
- separate WC with washbasin
- bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160cm and 2 single bed 90cm*200cm en-suite shower room and toilet, balcony access
