In Argentière, commune of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, nice apartment of 50m2 for 4 people refurbished in the residence Campanules de GrandRoc, a few steps from the Grands Montets ski area. Parking in the residence, internet connection, sheets and towels provided, non-smoking accommodation and no pets allowed.
50 m² apartment in a cosy and authentic atmosphere, 10 minutes by car from the centre of Chamonix and 2 minutes from the Grands Montets ski area. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence, and has a bay window opening onto a wooden balcony.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with television, a kitchen open to the living room including: refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, a laundry room equipped with a sink and a washing machine.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190) and the second with two bunk beds (90x190). An Italian shower and a toilet.
You have the total volume of the apartment, access to parking and the residence are secure. For your children, a park with a playground is accessible.
The Grands Montets ski area is close to the apartment (2 minutes on foot), shops and restaurants are at the entrance of the residence. The train and bus station is 100m away, the centre of Argentière is 300m away.
