Beautiful comfortable duplex accommodation for 6-7 people next to the ski slope and with a splendid view of the” Aiguilles d'Arves”.

Very nice living room in contemporary style embellished with an ambience fireplace and all the modern comforts you expect. A panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the Aiguilles d'Arves will bring you a feeling of freedom and fullness.
Sleeping accommodation for 6-7 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with double bed + one single bed. A bathroom with heated towel rail and a separate toilet on each floor.
Cozy atmosphere with "Comfort" electric heater, bioethanol fireplace, LED TV and modern lighting.
Start and return on skis (chalet next to the access ski slope to reach the new lift).
Apartment with 65m2 living space with great comfort and only happiness ...
Rental all charges included excluding tourist tax.
Due to a lack of suitable staff at the resort, the cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of suitable bed linen and towels can no longer be offered at this time.
For this reason, the tenant will provide and put in place all the equipment necessary for his personal needs in terms of personal hygiene and as a good father of the family.
They will also, to the best of their knowledge and belief, clean the property thoroughly at the end of their stay so that the next tenant can enjoy clean and pleasant accommodation.
