Marvel at this spacious, luxurious, 120-m² duplex that can accommodate up to 10 people, which is located on the very last floor of a quiet apartment building by the ski slopes. You can enjoy the large, heated swimming pool in the apartment building, as well as the sauna and hammam after a day of skiing on the slopes of Paradiski, one of the best skiing areas in all of Europe. You can also admire a lovely sunset by the fireplace. The apartment is located in the Roseland apartment building in Arc 1800, a 5-min walk from all activities (100 m from ESF, and 200 m from the resort centre). The apartment building has an ideal location with direct access to the ski slopes, from which you can depart. It is close to the golf course, tennis, and zip line for great summer holidays. It is a great place for a good time with family or friends. The apartment consists of a large living room and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, and toaster. It also boasts a spacious dining room, as well as a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided). The terrace offers an incredible view in order to watch the sunset and Mont Blanc. The apartment also has 5 bedrooms (10 sleeping arrangements), 3 of which have their own shower room, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a relaxing area on the mezzanine. It also features an all-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers a large HD flat screen TV with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPhone dock station, game console, and board games for relaxing evenings. The apartment will be completely renovated in September and October 2016 by an interior decorator in order to offer a more contemporary ambience, all the while keeping the mountain spirit. Furthermore, there are 2 roofed car parks, as well as 2 ski lockers.
