- practical and divisible with room divider into a seating area (2 sofa beds) and a bedroom (2 bunk beds), each with independent access to toilet, bathroom, kitchen and entrance

- Separate toilet. Bathroom with bath / shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen, oven grill microwave convection oven, new non-stick pans, kettle, toaster

- Access by car (covered car park at 50m) or train (train station in Aime at 21km, bus-stop right down the residence)
