About

In spite of the proximity of the road (which allows an easy access whatever the weather, winter especially) the renting at the back of the house is soundproofed (absolute calm). An exceptional site, a traditional house of more than 200 years at the start of the most beautiful hikes, on the edge of the Ecrins park, an apartment not bad either!

In an old stone house, an apartment of 106 m2 on two levels composed of a large living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen / dining room fully equipped overlooking a mezzanine floor.

The house is isolated from the road Grenoble Briançon at the edge of a torrent which descends from the mountain of Alp du Lauzet. And as the apartment is at the back of the house, the calm is absolute, disturbed only by the noise of the torrent...

A large plot of land (2500 m2) all around the house allows all sorts of country activities in summer.
In winter, it is the starting point for all the ski touring in the massif.

The resort of Serre Chevalier 1500 / le Monétier les bains is 5 kms away, which gives this place a soothing calm far from the parking lots that are difficult to find in the resort itself and from the hubbub of the tourists in celebration. Moreover, in winter, the return home, after skiing, is done in the opposite direction of the flow of cars leaving the station to join the valley. An inn/restaurant on the other side of the road (the only one next to the house) can accommodate unexpected visitors.
All the sports activities (except the maritime ones) are nearby : climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding, windsurfing, simple and sporty hikes, ski touring, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Serre Chevalier, kitesurfing...
