Rented in La Norma, the Cosy Resort at 3 km from Modane a very nice and large apartment redesigned in a warm mountain atmosphere. Located in a small residence at the entrance of the resort "La Chapelle" a few steps from the slopes, lifts and shops in the center of the pedestrian village. The apartment has a total surface area of approximately 56 m2 and an additional mezzanine for sleeping in the attic of 10 m2. On the first level, it consists of a large entrance hall with cupboard, a beautiful living room with access to the south-facing balcony, a lounge area equipped with TV, a corner sofa and a chest of drawers, a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob with 2 halogen rings + 2 radiators, hood, traditional oven with programmer, 122 litre top table refrigerator with freezer, 240 litre refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils...), a separate toilet and a cosy bathroom with bath and washbasin. On the first floor, level 1, a large mezzanine with a rapido double sofa (sleeps 2), large TV screen, DVD player, cupboard, a double bedroom with cupboard, a modern bathroom with storage space, washbasin, heated towel rail, WC, large shower tray (140 cm) and washing machine adjoining the bathroom Upstairs level 2 a second mezzanine for 4 individual beds under the roof (ideal for children/teenagers).
