This pleasant duplex, located at an altitude of 1650m, of a little more than 55m² (65m² including balconies) which can accommodate up to 6 people is composed of 2 independent bedrooms and 1 mezzanine with a double sofa bed. On the ground floor, a living room with a round table for 6 people, a lounge with a double sofa bed (1.40m) including a flat screen TV + DVD and stereo, opening onto a balcony with a table and 6 chairs - view of the Mont Blanc, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90cm) and an independent toilet On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60m) and a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc, a bright mezzanine with a double sofa bed (1.40m) and a bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). The apartment is rented with 1 individual closed garage + outside parking space. (possibility to rent a second garage, please contact us).
It is located in a secure residence, the Rennes 1 forest, particularly quiet, composed of 4 chalets, with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The access to the Espace Diamant is "skis on" (175 km of slopes): you put your skis on in front of the chalet. It is located 5 minutes from the centre of the resort. A free shuttle bus runs to the centre of the village every 30 minutes. A caterer open 7 days a week is 150 metres from the residence. Pets are not allowed and this duplex is non-smoking. Les Saisies is also known for its 120km of Nordic skiing (Olympic domain) and 65km of pedestrian and snowshoe trails.
