Nice little apartment with south facing balcony of 42m² in a chalet built in 2003.
Located at 5 km from Megève, in the village near the shops and the bottom of the slopes, this apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator.
It can accommodate 5 to 6 people. You will be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (summer) and a living room with a fireplace which is part of the co-ownership!
Dogs or cats accepted.
The apartment includes :
- a living room with a sofa bed in 140
- an American kitchen and a complete electroménager,
- 2 bedrooms (bed in 160, 2 bunk beds in 90),
- a bathroom and a shower room,
- independent WC
as well as many storage spaces.
