About

Rustic Alpine chalet located 8 km from Modane and at an altitude of about 1800 m.
The chalet includes :
- on the ground floor, a large dining room/kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace + insert,
-on the ground floor, a sanitary room with 2 toilets and 2 showers supplied with hot water by a gas boiler,
- on the 1st floor common dormitory.
The chalet is not connected to the EDF network but is equipped with 24 volt lighting powered by solar panels. A meadow of about 1000 m2 is at the disposal of the tenants in front of the chalet.
The access to the chalet is possible with a classic car.
