all shops, with ESF, crate packages, children's park and daycare nearby during the holidays.
Direct access to the foot of the chalet with the vehicle for unloading luggage and parking at 100 m.
Possibility to reach the slopes, chairlifts by track link directly from the cottage (if snowfall sufficient) if not departure from the track link to 200 m walk.

/ bench, 6 chairs, fireplace insert, LCD TV / TNT (Canal card compatible with decoder - just bring your card-) DVD player - WC with washbasin - fully equipped American kitchen: oven, MLL, tumble dryer, MLV , MO. Freezer.
Upstairs, the cottage is equipped for 6/7 beds with 2 bedrooms beds 140, 1 bedroom with sofa bed 130 (+ 1 bed loft 90 (for children) 1 bed umbrella with thick mattress, 1 wardrobe closet, shower room (h max shower 1.85m) + WC - large outdoor balcony with breathtaking views of Picou (ski area)
