Comfortable apartment located in a quiet residence with view on the valley. Praz is a charming Savoyard village, pleasant to live in for a short or long stay, with small shops. 185 kms of slopes are at your disposal in a few minutes by the ski bus. Megeve is 5 minutes away for all other activities (sightseeing, bowling, swimming pool, casino, etc...). In Saint Gervais there is a fitness center if you wish !!!
