Sainte Foy Tarentaise (Savoie, France) is a small village located in a
spectacular mountain range, halfway from Bourg Saint Maurice (12 km) and
Tignes / Val d'Isère. Sainte Foy enjoys a micro-climate: regardless of snow
conditions in other valleys, it has snow throughout the winter from December
15 until April 10 at least. The skiing area looks across to the majestic
Mont Pourri range. It includes 14 runs for alpine skiing (3 black, 8 red, 2
blue, and 1 green) totalling 25 km of delimited ski runs and a variation in
height of 1070 m on about 1000 hectares. There is a wide variety of slopes
for all standards of skier, from experts to beginners.
