CHALET D'ARCHITECTE ( 160 M2), located in a charming environment, in Contamines Montjoie, la Frasse d'en bas, in a quiet area at 5 min walk from the center of the village, 1min by car. The departure of the slopes is at 1,5 km from the village and the chalet. Free shuttle at 40 m from the chalet. Beginners' slopes in the village. The rental is for the whole chalet, one tenant only.
Very cheerful, sunny, bright and quiet chalet, it is designed for groups of friends or families, it is very friendly and, without mutual discomfort, preserves the privacy of each
1500 m2 of GARDEN allow games in summer and sledging in winter. 50m2 of TERRACES and BALCONIES for sunbathing. Double exposure south and west. Complete services and very high quality.
LARGE independent LIVING ROOM with a large CHIMNEY (the wood for the fireplace is offered and largely supplied). Beautiful DINING ROOM.
All the rooms open onto a terrace or onto the garden.
The KITCHEN is equipped with all the modern material. The 4 BEDROOMS are isolated from each other (no noise) with quality bedding. Three rooms are equipped with two 80x200cm beds or one 160x200cm bed, according to the tenant's choice, i.e. 6 beds. One very large room has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, plus a bunk bed and two twin beds or a double bed, i.e. 6 beds. The chalet can therefore accommodate 12 people in total, a maximum of 8 adults.
The three BATHROOMS are large and modern.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer.
Books and board games are available to tenants.

Included in the rental price : wood for the fireplace, snow removal from the private access as soon as necessary.
In Contamines, the departure of the ski lifts is equipped with many parking lots, it is located at 1,5 km from the village and the chalet. The FREE ski bus stop is 40m from the chalet.
