this chalet is near 980M high.
it is before ANNECY lake (10 Km)and have a very nice wiew on the montain "TOURNETTE" and LACHAT with a very nice sunrice every evening.
The little town "THÔNES" 5 KM have all shops,(bank,post,supermarket)and every things for playing: mini golf; horses;swimming pool,rock climbing
We can clean the house at the end of the holidays for 50 €
