Very pleasant location, south facing, possibility to go skiing without taking the car, everything can be done on foot including shopping, close to the forest, very quiet, very comfortable, possibility to go ice skating at 4km, open air baths in Llo (natural sulphurous water) at 20mn, skating rink also in the resort, balcony south facing, deck chairs, satellite dish for channel if you have the decoder.NO WEEKEND RENTAL, wifi internet connection, eight beds, two bedrooms with one 140cm bed and one with two 80cm beds and two separate mezzanines, one with two 90cm beds and the other with one 140cm bed; four bedrooms, two of which are on the mezzanine, two 220x240cm duvets, four 140cm duvets for small 90cm or 80cm beds; 50x70cm pillows and 63x63cm squares, dishwasher, oven, microwave, various household appliances, mixer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and more..., washing machine, dryer, DVD player, baby bed, high chair, bathtub etc. .... deposit of 800 euros requested and kept until the report of cleanliness because no possibility of making a cleaning lady: therefore cleaning required from the tenant or cleaning by a company at his expense.NO ANIMALS EXCLUSIVELY FAMILY RENTAL PARENTS + CHILDREN CHALET NO SMOKING EIGHT PEOPLE MAXIMUM CHILDREN INCLUDED; for the reservation 30% of the amount of the rent, the remainder two weeks before the arrival in the places and certificate of civil liability insurance, the check of guarantee sent with the remainder due (not cashed except if damage and or housework to be done, noted)
