In Gérardmer, this pretty chalet with a beautiful mountain view (south-facing), with a jacuzzi and sauna, covers 115 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor
- 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area, gas fireplace and dartboard
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Garden level
- Relaxation area with sauna (3 reclining or 6 seated) and table soccer
- Bedroom 1&2: queen-size bed (160×200) with hotel-quality mattress
- En-suite shower room, communicating with both bedrooms
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack
- Separate WC

On the mezzanine
- A sleeping area with two single sofa beds (70x190, quality mattresses), which can be used as a games room, reading corner or office.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, pancake maker, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, straightener...

Exterior
- 40 m² terrace with underground Jacuzzi (6 places), available all year round
- A beautiful 400 m² garden, sloping and not enclosed, to enjoy in fine weather
- A second 20 m² terrace on the first floor, with a round table and 8 chairs.
- A closed outdoor ski locker

The chalet is ideally located in Gérardmer, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont 26 km (approx. 30 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg 115 km (approx. 1h40 by car)
