**1st floor:**
- Spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV with TNT and international channels, and a large dining table for convivial meals.
- Fully-equipped open kitchen with north-facing terrace, including hob, oven, all necessary cooking utensils, (raclette machine, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, extractor hood)
- Fitted cellar with freezer for your provisions.
- Balcony terrace with garden furniture.
- Separate toilet.
**2nd floor (attic):**
- Two spacious bedrooms with two single beds (190x80), a bathroom with toilet and a balcony.
- A mezzanine with a comfortable sitting area, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (190x140), a balcony and a shower room.
- Separate toilet on the landing for added convenience.
