- Family room (approx. 25m²) with 2 single beds (190x80) and 2 bunk beds (190x80).
- Large bathroom with double washbasin and toilet.
- South-facing terrace to enjoy the sun and magnificent view.
**1st floor:**
- Spacious 55m² living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV with TNT and international channels, and large dining table for convivial meals.
- Fully-equipped open kitchen with north-facing terrace, including hob, oven, all necessary cooking utensils, (raclette machine, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, extractor hood)
- Fitted cellar with freezer for your provisions.
- Balcony terrace with garden furniture.
- Separate toilet.
**2nd floor (attic):**
- Two spacious bedrooms with two single beds (190x80), bathroom, toilet and balcony.
- A mezzanine of approx. 22m² with a comfortable sitting area, as well as a 'mezzanine' bedroom with a double bed (190x140), shower room and balcony.
- Separate toilet on the landing.
**Features included only in winter:**
- Beds made up on arrival
- Bath sheet.
- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen/dishes, balcony and garbage can) so you can enjoy your vacation to the full.
