- The 3 units can be rented together or separately.
- Each has a furnished south-facing terrace with a view of Lac de Matemale and the mountains, as well as a private parking space.
- The courtyard is shared by all 3 units, and includes a shared gas barbecue area.
- There is also a closed storage area for ski equipment and bicycles.
- Each unit has a private washing machine (one of the 2 tumble dryers is shared between the 2 duplexes, while the house has its own large tumble dryer).
- The 22 tenants can meet in the house's dining room/lounge for meals, or in the house's garden.
A TOTAL OF 270m² with 10 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, 6 WCs and :
- 1 large kitchen-dining room with lounge and office area (43m²), fully equipped to seat 22 (18 at table with 10 chairs and 8 stools + a large coffee table with 2 4- and 3-seater sofas, 1 armchair and a low stool, perfect for children), crockery and cutlery for 22.

The minimum price of €220 per night indicated in the ad is a low-season price for one night's rental of the 2 duplexes for 7 people.

- Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning service, payable on arrival (from €80 to €270, rates depend on length of stay and number of units rented).
