Our superb, totally individual chalet in Bonneval sur Arc!
In the heart of the beautiful village of Bonneval sur Arc, we invite you to stay in our newly-built Mont Seti chalet. Spacious, warm and modern on three levels, it boasts all the comforts you could wish for, as well as magnificent unobstructed views and plenty of outdoor space. In the peace and quiet, you'll be able to relax, enjoy the scenery, the snow and good times with family and friends around a lovely table with the fireplace in the heart of the large living room. The high ceilings and large windows provide plenty of light and a feeling of freedom, allowing you to make the most of the beauty of our countryside. There's room for everyone, with 5 large bedrooms, master suites with private shower rooms and a large bathroom with corner bath.
The chalet is located in the Pré Catin district, just a stone's throw from the tourist office. The kindergarten, ski rental stores, supermarket and restaurants are all nearby. All within walking distance.
It should be noted that the chalet is not accessible by car; the access over the last 100 meters is groomed, as is often the case in Bonneval. The car-free, groomed road around the chalet gives it a quiet, wild feel. Children can have fun with the sledges and snowmen. Cars can be parked either below the chalet (approx. 200m) in free parking lots, or in underground garages, which must be reserved at the tourist office. The sloping access makes it impossible to clear the road of snow in winter.
The chalet is in the final stages of construction, perfectly habitable and comfortable, but some parts are not yet finished (stone exterior cladding, terrace cladding, slate roofs, ground floor entrance), but this will not prevent you from having an excellent stay.
Please also note that the internet connection is via the 4G network, no WIFI box for the moment.
