Location:

The residence la Marmotte is located in Bonneval sur Arc at the place called Tralenta, in front of the chairlift " Vallonnet ". SKI-IN & SKI-OUT

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen and towels as well as the cleaning at the end of the stay. This service will be automatically invoiced at the end of the reservation (340).

Equipment of the apartment:

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. It is south facing and has a direct view of the slopes.

The living room opens onto a large terrace and the sublime surrounding nature, ideal for direct access to the start of the slopes.

This room offers a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave oven,...)

NIGHT PARTY :
You will find in the apartment:

A master suite with bed 160x200, shower room and view on the terrace.

A first night corner (blind) with double bed (160*200), a shower room is next to this night corner and serves both the dormitory and this night corner.

A second sleeping area (blind) with bunk beds (4 beds - the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years) and its own bathroom.

Finally, two independent toilets complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 8/10 people).

You have a ski locker with a boot dryer.

For parking, the residence is about 150m from the covered parking of the village (about 60/week) and 200m from the free open parking.
