Our 36 m² apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountain is located on the first floor of a 3 star residence "Grand Panorama 1".

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, the rooms are arranged as follows:
- One room with a double bed ;
- One room with a bunk bed for 3 people (1 single bed and 1 double bed);
- A sofa bed.

The apartment is very comfortable with :
- a kitchen equipped with numerous kitchen utensils and appliances (dishwasher, raclette, tassimo...) ;
- a bathroom ;
- an independent toilet;
- a balcony with a view on the mountain.

The apartment is non-smoking (smoking is possible on the balcony).

The apartment is located close to the ski slopes which allows a departure and return by skis.

An individual ski locker is at your disposal at the end of the hallway as well as a free outdoor parking.

You also have free access to the residence's swimming pool in high season winter / summer.

You have access to the residence's bakery service by placing your order at the residence's reception before 6 pm and pick up your order the next day before 10 am.

Animals are not allowed

You can reach the heart of the resort in a few minutes on foot, free shuttles are at your disposal every 20 minutes during the winter season. The stop is located at the bottom of the residence.
Location :

- Located at the foot of a ski lift with a cash desk with the possibility to buy ski passes (130 m from the door of the building to the ski lift) which allows an access to the ski area of Valloire and Valmeinier), which allows a departure and a return to ski ;
- The free shuttle bus stop at the foot of the residence;
- 7 min walk from the resort with bowling, cinema, pub, restaurant, shops, laundry ... ;
- 7 min walk from the ESF meeting point and the Piou Piou ski school;
- Ski rental store in the residence;
- In the heart of the resort, there is the crèche Galipette 1 for children from 6 months to 3 years and Galipette 2 for children from 3 to 9 years.

The Valmeinier 1800 resort is located at an altitude of 1800 m, which ensures good snow coverage.

It is a dynamic family resort in winter as well as in summer with many activities during school vacations (concerts, children's activities, sports...) and in particular on the snow front the numerous bars and restaurants which ensure a lively atmosphere but on a human scale.

A family resort with many activities, winter and summer, for all ages:

- Hiking with many lakes;
- Snowshoeing;
- Dog sledding;
- Sledding;
- Ski, snow, telemark or monoski;
- Play area ;
- Paragliding;
- Mountain biking on snow.

The ski area of Valloire and Valmeinier is composed of 160 km of alpine ski slopes for all levels from 1,430 to 2,750 meters of altitude and 1,320 meters of vertical drop with 8 black, 34 red, 30 blue and 17 green slopes.

Notably with the opening of the Sandonière in 2020 above the Inversins with two slopes culminating at 2 750 m altitude which makes Valmeinier the highest resort in the Maurienne Valley, composed of 29 lifts including 2 gondolas, 17 chairlifts and 10 ski tows.

The resort has a free application that you can download to find out the program of events, activities to do in the area, shops ... but also the map of the slopes and schedules of free shuttles.

70% of the ski area is located above 2000 meters.

To get to Valmeinier 1 800, you are :

- 15 km from the Saint-Michel/Valloire train station
- 16 km from the A43 freeway
- 1h20 from the airport of Chambéry.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :

- Concierge on site for the handing over of the keys and the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure;
- The swimming pool;
- The ski locker;
- The parking lot.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :

- The tourist tax of 1.40 € per adult (+ of 18 years) and per night (example for 6 adults for 7 nights = 1.40 x 6 x 7 = 58.80 €)

- We ask for a deposit of 40% at the time of booking and the balance to be paid one month before arrival as well as two deposit checks (not cashed) which will be returned to you at the end of the stay by mail after the inventory of fixtures by the concierge:
- 700 € for the rental ;
- 80 € for the cleaning.

IN OPTION

- Cleaning at the end of your stay: to be discussed with the concierge upon arrival;
- Linen service from 13 € to 20 € per person;
- Bed-making service from 8 to 15 € depending on the number of beds;
- Rental of various equipment (sled 10 €, maintenance kit 8 €);
- Rental of baby equipment (cot 25 €, high chair 25 €...);
- Sauna 8 € ;
- Billiards 2 €;
- Bakery service.
