Gite Le Moulin "Rochette" is located in the Massif des Bauges, between Annecy and Chambéry, in the heart of the mountains and 20 minutes from ski resorts and cross-country ski trails.
The property has been carefully renovated in a chalet style, with terrace and garden.
The gite is adjoined by a second gite "Lanchette".
It's an ideal, comfortable base camp for a stay in the Bauges, with family, friends or a group.
The first floor of the Rochette gite is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A wellness area (SPA and Sauna) is available as an option.
A large games room (ping pong and table soccer) is available.
Paragliding, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, mountain biking, canyoning, climbing, hiking, trail biking...
Family ski resort Aillon-Margeriaz 1400 20 minutes away, and La Fleclaz Le Revard for cross-country skiing.
In winter, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove when you return from skiing.
In summer, laze under the apple trees...
The "Chéran" river is also just 50m away! A must for swimmers and fly-fishermen!

All beds are single, but we can prepare a double bed for each room on request.
Gite Lanchette and Gite Rochette are in the same individual building, separate and apart from the owners' building.
The gite is in an open field, yet accessible via a main road.
