About

A ski-in/out two bed apartment with a larger than average open plan living area, flooded with light from the two windows at the end of the room, one of which leads onto a 9m2 balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen is of a good size with modern appliances and plenty of storage. The double bedroom with en suite shower room is located on one side of the living area, while on the opposite side is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. There is also a spare toilet in the entrance lobby. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a double pull-out sofa bed, allowing six guests to share the apartment in comfort. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included. The 5* Sources de Marie residence occupies one of the most tranquil positions in the village of Arc 1950, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre square. The relaxing effect of this location is enhanced by direct access (against additional payment) to the Deep Nature spa which includes a large indoor jacuzzi, sauna and hammam steam baths. Guests also benefit from complimentary bathrobes and slippers, use of a ski locker in the boot room, and the heated pools at the Auberge Jerome apartment block.

The village of Arc 1950 is a gold nugget nestling in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, offering a wide choice of sports and leisure activities in both winter and summer. Built just 15 years ago in the Savoie region, this ski-through resort located at an altitude of 1950m is incomparable in its design, ideal position facing Mont Blanc, direct access to 425km of ski slopes (70% of which at altitudes over 2000m), and biking trails in summer. The Arc 1950 village centre accommodates around 40 shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, so you will be able to find everything you need (and more) during your stay. It is a family-friendly resort: small and totally car-free, where your children can play without risks and with organised games and entertainment in both winter and summer. In 2019 the Les Arcs ski experience was enhanced with the opening of the La Folie Duce, offering its unique contribution of live music, DJs, dancers, performers and excellent cousine. The area also became the first resort in Savoie to obtain the prestigious 'Flocon Vert' (green snowflake) certification, in recognition of its commitment to sustainable development policies and practices.
