This spacious property sleeps eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The accommodation is spread over three levels and all rooms have been designed to offer stunning views.

On the ground floor, the large living area consists of a bright lounge with cream coloured sofas and armchairs in front of the TV. Thanks to the central fireplace, the house will be very warm even in the coldest weather. Make yourself comfortable with a book from the library or gather around the piano to sing along.

The dining area overlooks the patio and pergola. This means you can eat indoors and outdoors. Preparing meals will be fun in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which features a center island and bar. This level also includes a laundry room.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor. In the master bedroom, you will enjoy the view of the lake as soon as you wake up and can breathe the fresh air on its balcony. It also has its own shower room and dressing room. The other two bedrooms also have great views and access to the balcony. They share a bathroom. This level also has a separate toilet.

The fourth bedroom occupies the entire top floor and is therefore very large. It consists of a living room, a sports area and a perfect room for your yoga session. Naturally, the bed has been positioned so that you can enjoy the spectacular view.

The garden extends to both sides of the cottage. The children can play football in the grass. There is a small hut and swings for them to play in, and a petanque court for adults. Glass walls enclose and secure the balconies and terraces, without obstructing the view. A gas barbecue and a rotisserie allow you to cook outside.

THE REGION ...

Doussard is one of the lovely villages scattered around Lake Annecy. It offers a range of good restaurants and shops. The beach is only 2 km away from the chalet and you can walk along the green path around the lake.

In Annecy you will find more shops and restaurants. You can reach this beautiful medieval lake town in 30 minutes by car. In good weather, have lunch in one of the canal-side restaurants and watch the passers-by. Browse through the designer shops, stroll through the weekly markets or find original items at the monthly flea market.

In summer, try your hand at water sports, swim in the crystal clear waters of the lake or take a mini-cruise.

In winter, the small ski resort of La Sambuy, near Seythenex, south of Lake Annecy, is less than 30 minutes' drive away. It has 10 slopes, green to black. The Aravis resorts of Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod are all less than an hour away and offer 220km of superb runs.

At the moment the chimney is not in working order. Please note the size of the beds: 2 double beds 140x200, 1 double bed 160x200, and 2 single beds 90x200 which can be combined into 1 double bed 180x200. The road bordering Lake Annecy passes below the property.
