Rent this magnificent duplex apartment overlooking the Place de l'Eglise in the centre of La Clusaz for a stay in the heart of the action.

You won't need your car, all amenities are within walking distance, even the ski lifts! If you wish to discover the region, the bus stop is nearby.

In summer and winter, La Clusaz offers a multitude of activities for all ages, so you won't have time to get bored.

Spacious duplex apartment that can comfortably accommodate a group of friends or two families.

An outside staircase leads you to the modern kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. Climb three steps to the living area which, like the rest of the property, is decorated in a modern, mountain style with wood, leather and other natural materials. Two sofas surround the fireplace, which is topped by a TV. The Apple TV gives you access to more than 300 movies. The large table and its benches will allow you to share a convivial dinner together.

The four large bedrooms all have en-suite shower rooms and living areas. Everyone can therefore choose to isolate themselves when they wish. Two of the double rooms are on the first floor. The others are on the first floor. One is very large with an en-suite shower room and balcony and the other is perfect for children or teenagers as it has its own living room with home cinema and sound system, a WiiU console and games and a mezzanine double bed which can be accessed by a ladder.

From the outside you have access to a ski storage area, equipped with a shoe/glove dryer and a washing machine with dryer, also useful in the summer for storing pushchairs or bikes.

Chalet Artedaz does not have private parking, but there is a covered car park nearby. You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay, as all amenities are within walking distance.


Chalet Artedaz is perfectly situated to discover La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and the Aravis massif; pleasant destinations all year round.

In winter, ski into the village and with your Aravis ski pass, you can enjoy 220km of pistes and 95 lifts. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find their happiness near the Beauregard and Confins plateaus. The apartment is only 250 m from Champ Giguet, the meeting point of the ski school.

Those who do not ski will not have time to be bored. They will enjoy the ice rink and the cinema of La Clusaz, sledging, snowshoeing, dog sledding. For the ultimate in relaxation, head to La Clusaz's open-air heated swimming pool and let your worries drift away amongst the snowflakes.
La Clusaz offers just as many activities in the summer, within walking distance of Chalet Artedaz.

Hike to the Col des Aravis, or take your mountain bike in the gondola to the top, then ride down at your own pace! Other activities in the area include horse riding, climbing, via ferrata and paragliding. The mountains are criss-crossed with tracks and trails, so there's always a new place to discover.

The beautiful lake town of Annecy is only 30 minutes away by car and is ideal for a day trip. Its lake has the reputation of being the cleanest in Europe. In the summer you can enjoy water sports, swimming, cycling along its banks and hiring a boat to discover its beaches.
