This 135 m² 4-star chalet is set on three floors and offers magnificent views of l'Etale and Beauregard, as well as the pretty Gotty chapel, on the road linking l'Etale to the village of La Clusaz. Throughout the year, the lovely outdoor bubble sauna will allow you to relax your muscles after a day of skiing, hiking or cycling.

WHY IS CHALET ANDREANNA SO SPECIAL?
Designed for 10 people (6 adults maximum) with 3 double bedrooms and one room with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers, this elegant chalet is an ideal place to discover the Aravis with family or friends.
The living area is friendly and functional: comfortable sofas are arranged near the wood-burning stove, while the dining table will accommodate all guests at mealtimes. French windows lead out onto the terrace, which runs along three sides of the chalet, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, to be enjoyed on sunny days on the large south-facing balcony, from where you can admire the magnificent views of the mountains.
Important: the bedroom with bunk beds is quite compact and is best suited for young children. The master bedroom is located in the attic, with limited ceiling height in some areas.
