Set over three floors, the property is a five-minute drive from the centre of Manigod and has a self-contained apartment on the ground floor, ideal for couples looking for a little peace and quiet.

Large balconies and a lovely terrace allow everyone to enjoy the spectacular views of the valley. The covered parking area keeps up to two vehicles dry, saving time in the morning when heading out to the slopes.

Great attention has been paid to the layout of Chalet Chenavray, so that 8 adults can meet in the greatest comfort, without disturbing each other.

The chalet has five cosy bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate apartment on the ground floor, ideal for a couple looking for a little more peace and quiet.

After a day of exploring the surrounding area, on the slopes or hiking trails, you will enjoy returning to the chalet, its traditionally wood-fired interior, or its sauna to relax your aching muscles.

In summer, the balcony is the ideal place to share a good bottle of local wine while enjoying the spectacular sunset over the Aravis massif.
You won't lose a minute to reach the Croix Fry ski slopes (altitude 1500m), 5km from the chalet, thanks to the free and regular shuttle bus which stops 30m from the chalet.

The Aravis ski pass will give you access to the 200km of slopes and 95 lifts of the La Clusaz and Grand Bornand ski area. Between two descents, many bars and restaurants will welcome you warmly for a good meal with friends.

In the vicinity, the Beauregard plateau is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Non-skiers will not be outdone, with numerous activities in La Clusaz: ice rink, heated swimming pool, cinema, etc.
Between sport and relaxation, your summer stay in La Clusaz will take the shape of your desires.

Mountain hiking is a real pleasure, and you can even do without the most arduous efforts by taking the cable car to the summits before descending to the valley at your own pace, on foot or by mountain bike. The Plateau de Glières, the site of the French Resistance, is the perfect place for a picnic.

Adrenaline junkies can try their hand at rafting, paragliding, canyoning and rock climbing in spectacular surroundings just a few minutes from Manigod. The via ferrata is an exceptional experience to live in family, a unique discovery of the surroundings in side of cliff.

The medieval town of Annecy is just 30 minutes away by car, with its cobbled streets, romantic canals and charming shops. By the lake, you can enjoy water sports, or just relax and admire the shady shores, hemmed in by majestic peaks.
