Large recent chalet (built in 2020), located in a quiet environment, facing south with an exceptional view on the mountains.
It is ideally located less than a kilometre from the centre of Font-Romeu, 10mn on foot and 4mn by car.
The chalet is composed of 2 levels for a total surface of 150 m².
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private shower room (washbasin and shower), a shower room with Italian shower, a separate toilet and a garage with washing machine and dryer.
First floor: two bedrooms, one of which is a children's bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a large living room: kitchen with a table that can seat 12 people, sitting area with 2 sofas, mezzanine with its sofa.
All the bedrooms (except the children's bedroom) are equipped with 160x200 beds.
50m from the chalet, the Skibus shuttle bus stop 11 allows you to reach the ski slopes in winter.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the chalet, and other cars can also be parked a few metres from the entrance.
