What is included in the rental price?
Cleaning at the end of your stay (waste disposal in the resort's containers at your own expense), household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, beds made on arrival), towels for the sauna, wood for the fire, water and electricity, WIFI.
The tourist tax is not included in the rates (€2.75/adult/night).

DESCRIPTION OF THE CHALET
This former summer farmhouse dating from 1828 has been completely renovated to a high standard and furnished in a contemporary style.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of Plan de La Giettaz (where the La Giettaz ski resort is situated), opposite the slopes and at the start of the mountain pastures and hiking trails with breathtaking views.
Away from the chalets on the housing estates and off the main road through La Giettaz, it enjoys a very quiet location, with no neighbours or close neighbours.
In the heart of a Biotope protected area, it is surrounded by wooded mountains and torrents, where the surrounding flora and fauna are totally preserved.
The 1st floor of Chalet Philomena has 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite:
- a master suite with a 160cm bed and a bathroom (shower + bath),
- a master suite with a double bed (140cm) and en suite bathroom (shower+bath),
- a double bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room,
- a double bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together,
- one bedroom with two bunk beds,
- a separate shower room (shower + double washbasins).
- 2 separate toilets
Baby equipment (folding cot, bath, changing mat, baby high chair, etc.) available free of charge on request.
The first floor of the chalet is a vast, welcoming 120 m² plateau offering a range of different areas:
an open kitchen with a bar area,
a dining room with a large table for 12,
a lounge area with a reading corner,
a lounge area with an open fireplace and a range of board games
a multimedia TV lounge (smart TV, DVD, PS4 and Wii).
a laundry room with freezer, wine cellar, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette and fondue machines and waffle iron.
A ski room on the garden level, equipped with a boot and glove heating system for 12 skiers, as well as outdoor terraces with a barrel sauna, garden furniture and tables for outdoor dining, and an electric griddle (only in summer) complete the facilities in this magnificent chalet for 12 people (including a maximum of 11 adults).
Property accessible by all types of vehicle, located on a road that is not used by any traffic other than residents who are equipped with snow tyres or chains in winter.
Parking at the bottom of the property with 3 spaces for all vehicles + 2 additional spaces in the car park at the top of the property for 4x4 vehicles.
