Splendid chalet on the south side, facing the resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne in a typical Savoyard hamlet.
The chalet is 15mn by car from the MONTCHAVIN-LES COCHES resort and 10mn from the Bourg St Maurice funicular (car park) which connects Arc 1600 in 8mn.
No ski slopes on site.
The calmness near the most beautiful slopes of Savoie, ideal for families wishing to enjoy both skiing in the resort (10mn by car) but also the pleasure of the snow in complete freedom, hiking and snowshoeing, discovery of a real Savoyard village in an exceptional panorama.
At an altitude of 1200m, a beautiful individual chalet on the "Versant du Soleil" of the Tarentaise valley, in a small traditional hamlet, with a magnificent view (290° due south) of Mont Pourri and the Bellecôte glacier.
The chalet is 10 minutes drive from Bourg-Saint-Maurice where the funicular provides direct access to the ARCS 1600 resort, opening the doors to the PARADISKI, LA PLAGNE-LES ARCS ski area (425 kms of very varied slopes).
Possibility of going by car to the biggest ski areas of Haute Tarentaise (Ste Foy Tarentaise, Tignes, Val d'Isère, La Rosière). The Domaine des 3 VALLEES is 45 minutes away.
On site, from the chalet, ski touring and snowshoeing at the Vaugelaz dome and at the neighbouring village of Valezan, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing depending on the snow conditions.
This chalet on 2 levels, is perfectly suitable for groups of maximum 8 people + 2 extra beds.
On the ground floor of :
- Entrance closet and storage for boots and skis.
- Living room / Kitchen of 60 m² : TV + DVD player and wood stove and large table for 10 people.
- Fully equipped open kitchen (3 burner induction hob, 1 oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, Magimix percolator + filter coffee maker and all kitchen utensils). Raclette and fondue set.
- 1 bedroom equipped with a bed of 160 and a piece of furniture basin and Italian shower.
On the first floor :
- 2 rooms equipped with a bed of 140
- 1 room equipped with 2 single beds
- Large bathroom with shower and double washbasin unit.
- Living area with American billiard table and extra bed for 2 people.
- 2 separate toilets (ground floor and first floor)

The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
The weekly rental price includes the supply of sheets, made beds, towels, cleaning at the end of the stay.

The road is clear in the morning as once again we are on the sunny side and this slope is inhabited by Savoyards working in the resort, so bring special equipment in case of heavy snowfall.
For skiing, a great choice.
Access to the Espace Killy: Tignes + Val d'Isère via Tignes-les-Brévières, 30 minutes from the chalet by car.
Access to Italy by ski via the resort of La Rosière and the Ecudets chairlift.
