Based in the Hautes Alpes, and great lovers of our mountains, we rent out 10 chalets in 2 major resorts: Vars and Montgenèvre, which can accommodate from 12 to 24 people. In this ad, we present our Chalet C, 160 m², south-facing, which sleeps 14, right on the ski slopes.

Welcome to Chalet C, a 160m² larch and stone chalet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You'll immediately feel like you're in a mountain chalet, combining modern style with lots of large windows, offering exceptional views of the ski slopes of Vars Ste Marie, the Eyssina peaks and the Crevoux glacier.

We built this chalet while preserving the exceptional view of the mountains and ski slopes, with no overlooked areas. The result is a convivial chalet with a large living room where everyone can get together to eat around the table or simply have a good time.

The kitchen opens onto the living room. This living room, kitchen and dining area is at least 40 m² in size and opens onto a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy lunch almost all year round. You can enjoy the sun from 10 a.m. until the sun goes down.

The chalet has all the comforts of home: wifi, flat-screen TV in every room, baby equipment (cot & high chair), and equipment, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge, freezer, raclette, fondue, pierrade and more.

A dedicated wellness area lets you relax after a long day of skiing or hiking, with an outdoor Jacuzzi, hammam and radiant sauna.

During the summer and winter seasons, the chalet is available for rental from Sunday to Sunday. Weekend rentals available outside school vacations.

- The Hautes-Alpes enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year!
- It's a cyclist's paradise! Enjoy a family outing on an electric mountain bike, or hurtle down the slopes on a downhill mountain bike, where the trails are equipped with jumps and bends. Don't miss Europe's longest downhill mountain bike run (32km) from Vars to Embrun. More of a cyclist? Dozens of mountain passes are accessible from Vars, a beautiful Little Queen territory.
- At the crossroads of 3 different valleys (Ecrins - Queyras - Ubaye), Vars is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.
- Discover mountain water in all its guises: from ponds on a pedalo or for a swim, to natural waterfalls on a footpath leading to a high-altitude lake, on a raft or inflatable canoe down the Durance (be careful, it gets wet!), to the best beaches for lazing around (or water sports such as wakeboarding, boating or kiteboarding) on the shores of the great Lac de Serre Ponçon.
- For the kids, here are a few ideas: an accrobranche (tree climbing) course accessible from age 5, with "impassable" courses for the more adventurous - an equestrian center where you can discover the mountains on horseback - orienteering in the Queyras Regional Park - visits to the animals on the farm - climbing, via ferrata, canyoning - and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet!
