In a charming stone and slate chalet, the apartment has been completely renovated in a contemporary mountain style.
Great comfort with quality equipment, underfloor heating.
Ideally located, you are 150 meters from the start of the ski slopes. At the gateway to the Vanoise Park, you can walk from the chalet to do many mountain hikes.

This accommodation is labelled 5 peaks by the Label "Qualité Confort Hébergement" Haute Maurienne Vanoise, it is classified 4 stars in the category of furnished accommodation.

The "Léo" apartment is located on the 1st floor of the chalet with its own entrance. It can accommodate 8 people, a living space of 100 m² in duplex with a ski room and a boot dryer.
You have a covered parking space.

At the entrance of the apartment, an airlock to deposit your equipment and ski clothes.

On the 1st level
- A bright bedroom facing West with 2 windows, a bed 160 X 200 and storage space
- A bedroom facing East with 4 bunk beds 90 X 190, 2 windows and a French window giving access to a small terrace
- A bathroom with Italian shower and a plan with 2 basins and a towel dryer.

On the 2nd level
- A living space of 40 m² very open with the exposed framework of the chalet and a magnificent view on the mountains, with an access to the outside terrace with table, benches and deckchairs.
- The kitchen, open to the dining area and the living room, is equipped with induction hob, hood, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and small appliances (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine...) Crockery and kitchen accessories (wine glasses, champagne glasses...)
- A large convivial table to share your meals
- A living room with a corner sofa and armchairs furnished with cushions and plaids for a pleasant relaxation area.
- A luminous parental bedroom facing East, a bed in 160 X 200 and storage space.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin on a wooden top and a towel dryer.

A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a toilet.
Wifi connection
All the bedding is equipped with mattress covers, pillows and duvets and we add a disposable mattress cover for the mattress and pillows.

Optional additional services: bed linen and towels for hire.
Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning service: 125€.
