This chalet combines the comfort of modernism with the warmth of a wooden construction. My decorating wife used old materials in a contemporary space. The setting is warm, very comfortable and the smallest detail has been thought out to ensure optimal comfort in a luxurious environment.
Private parking spaces, neat decoration combining the charm of old wood with modern materials in very contemporary volumes. High-end services and a very warm atmosphere guaranteed. A terrace overlooking the living room will allow you to enjoy the last rays of sun facing the valley. Each room has a personalized decoration and has a bathroom with WC. 4 bedrooms are reserved for couples, 2 other bedrooms with bunk beds. Heating is provided by a pellet insert and electric heating in a chalet that benefits from the latest insulation technology.
Finally, a large 40m2 relaxation area occupies the first level of the chalet.
He understands :
An indoor swimming pool of 4.5m by 2m equipped with a counter current swim and a balneotherapy area with hydromassage. The water is heated and kept between 28 and 30 °.
A sauna also communicates with this space which also benefits from a shower and toilet.
This relaxation area can largely open onto a large terrace and the garden
Everything is accessible on foot without having the hustle and bustle of the slopes, a television set 300 meters from the free chalet drops you off at the foot of the slopes, the restaurants and the ski school. (toboggan run for the little ones at the foot of the televillage). Huge ski area which is appreciable for all ages because for children the first station is plan peisey and peisey vallandry family stations, friendly instructors and above all wide tracks bordered by forests 'trees ... picnic corner ... Then access to the large area of ARCS 1800 1600 1850 2000 and finally La Plagne which all reserve an exceptional off piste area. If the snowfall allows it, the televillage is on a track so it is possible for skiers of fairly good level to descend to the chalet ...
It's not all about downhill skiing, the walks from the chalet are exceptional, the ski schools organize ballads that pass at the foot of the chalet, snowshoe hikes, dog sled rides, horses and cross-country skiing ...
