Chalet built in 1970 located in the commune of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce, 5km from the center of Saint-Gervais, at an altitude of 1,100 metres, facing Mont-Blanc. It can accommodate 6 people . It offers exceptional view of the Fiz.
Very easy access from the Road of Saint-Nicolas, near the lifts of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce and Bettex (1 km from the chair lift Les Chattrix). The bus stop is 200 meters from the chalet.
Composition of the chalet 80 sqm2: on the ground floor kitchen, dining room and living room, bathroom and toilet ; on the garden level 2 bedrooms (bedding recent), bathroom, toilet, laundry room ((with washing machine).
