About

Charming two bedrooms apartment for the ski season. It is situated in the village of La Chal in Saint-Jean-d’Arves, close to the ski runs. You will see the Aiguilles d’Arves from the main room and the terrace.
The apartment of 36 m2 is very light and pleasant thanks to the south facing windows. It was renovated in 2016 and 2017.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is at the ground floor of a small chalet. It is composed of a a main room with a convertible sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 room(chamber) with 1 double bed, 1 other one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, toilets, an individual ski rack and an outside parking space.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking : there is a fridge and a freezer, baking trays, a small oven, a microwave, a handblender, a coffee maker ans a toaster. Shops, bars and restaurants are about 200 meters from the apartment

The access to the swimming pool of the residence is free.

Saint Jean d’Arves offers authenticity and friendly atmosphere to the access to the biggest ski area of the Maurienne Valley.
Three different types of ski passes are available to please everyone. The resort is widely panoramic with a magnificent view over the Aiguilles d'Arves culminating at 3514 m ("the most beautiful Alpine Trilogy" according to English Coolidge, who made the first official ascent).

The Motorway A43, the railway station in Saint Jean de Maurienne and the airports of Lyon, Chambery, Grenoble allow easy access.
The landscape, the access to a large ski area, the quiet village atmosphere, the range of activities (snowshoe and walking trails, dog sledding, paragliding, walking by night with torchlight, farm and dairy visits...) are the main assets of Saint Jean d'Arves.

Those who love the great outdoors away from the crowd will be delighted by Saint Jean d'Arves.
