Individual chalet located in front of the Mont-Blanc massif and overlooking the Saint-Gervais valley. The chalet is a new construction (completed in 2016) with an authentic character and a traditional mazot. Classified 2 stars.
It is designed to accommodate 8 to 10 people. Ideal for 2 families.
On the ground floor
-a large entrance
-a bedroom with double bed (140)
-an independent WC with hand-washer.
-a large bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
-a living room in the mazot with a sofa bed and a pellet stove.
-A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a terrace facing SE with a view on the Mont Blanc Massif.
On the first floor
-A bedroom with double bed (140) and private shower in the mazot.
-A separate toilet with hand basin.
-two dormitories in the basement.

Underfloor heating and pellet stove (one bag delivered on arrival)
