Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. Very calm environment, with a clear view on the surrounding summits: (Dômes de Miage, Mont Joly, Roselette, ski slopes...). Labelled "Famille Plus".
Located 500m from the Lay cable car, 1km from the village centre, 500m from the "La Galipette" day care centre, close to the leisure park and the cross-country ski trails.
At the foot of the Dômes de Miage, on the edge of the nature reserve.
An independent entrance that leads to the living room, open kitchen with oven, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc..., lounge area with comfortable sofa bed (2 people), satellite TV, DVD player.
Two bedrooms with parquet flooring and storage cupboards: (1 double bed) and (3 single beds), comfortable bedding with duvets.
Bathroom (bathtub, heated towel rail). Separate toilet.
