Large stone-house renovated in 2010. Sleeps up to 12 people. Located near 3 ski resorts (The large ski resort of Montclar les 2 Vallées with 50 km of skislopes, Chabanon with 40 km of skislopes and a snowpark and the small ski resort of Le Grand Puy, ideal for beginners) and at a 15 minutes drive from the lake of Serre-Ponçon, with its beaches and watersports. Panoramic views from the house, large private garden. The house is located on the boarder of a mountain hamlet at a height of 1400 m, on the GR6 track. The house has 4 bedrooms, one mezzanine with 5 beds, two bathrooms, a large and well equiped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a veranda and two outside terraces with panoramic views. The small town of Seyne-les-Alpes is loacted at 3 km from the house, it has all shops and restaurants. The house is perfect for a group of friends or for two families. Each family/couple will enjoy a lot of privacy. Prices vary between 1040,- and 1900,- EUR/week, depending on number of people and time of the year. A discount is granted to small groups of 6 people or less (please contact us). Short stays (minimum 2 nights) are possible in low and mid-season (700,- €/2 nights + 200,- €/extra night - discount for small groups of 6 people or less).
